- To fully enjoy your scheduled treatment, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Treatments will end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next guest. Pricing will not be adjusted.
- We request that you do not bring valuables including jewelry to the spa. Alana Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
- A 20% gratuity and Hawaii GET is added to all treatment prices at time of checkout. We require a valid credit card to confirm reservations. For your convenience, room signing privileges are available for Royal Lahaina Resort guests.
- The minimum age for Alana Spa guests is 16.
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists and to avoid charges in full, we require 24-hour’s notice if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service, as well as no-shows or missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee.
